Follow these simple instructions to get your USTA League Schedule File

These instructions assume you have never done this before.

  1. Click the TennisLink link in the navigation bar
  2. Click on one of your teams in the team listing
  3. Once on the team page, click on the match schedule
  4. Now on the Match Schedule screen, click "Send to Excel"

    5. This will download the schedule in your downloads folder. The file will be named MatchSchedule_{current date}.xls.

  5. Important! Open the file in excel or Google Sheets
  6. Then simply 'save as' an Excel workbook file which will give you an .xlsx file extension
  7. Once the file format is .xlsx, you are ready to convert it!
  8. Go back to the main page and select the new .xlsx file and convert it
  9. The converted file will appear in your downloads folder as 'tennis_schedule.csv'
  10. Go to your google calendar settings, and click on 'Import & Export'
  11. Once there, click 'Select file from your computer'
  12. Select the 'tennis_schedule.csv' file and import it. You will get a confirmation that your events have been imported. Good job!
