Follow these simple instructions to get your USTA League Schedule File

These instructions assume you have never done this before.

  1. Click the TennisLink link in the navigation bar
  2. Click on one of your teams in the team listing
  3. Once on the team page, click on the match schedule
  4. Now on the Match Schedule screen, click "Send to Excel"

    This will download the schedule to your downloads folder. The file will be named MatchSchedule_{current date}.xls.

  5. Go back to the home page and select your downloaded .xls file, then click "Convert File"
  6. The converted file will appear in your downloads folder as 'tennis_schedule.csv'
  7. Go to your Google Calendar settings, click 'Import & Export', then click 'Select file from your computer'
  8. Select the 'tennis_schedule.csv' file and import it. You will get a confirmation that your events have been imported. Good job!
